Amazing villa for a luxury vacation

Fantastic semi-detached villa with independent pool in a private and closed urbanization. It consists of three bedrooms with double beds plus a small service room. Air conditioning throughout the house (hot and cold pump), fully equipped, with all the comforts, bright and with two bathrooms and a toilet. Las Negras is a town with a lot of atmosphere during summer, Easter, Christmas ... It is a town with charm and a variety of restaurants and bars on offer. Its beach is usually stones although depending on the prevailing winds, you may find sandy areas. Attached to Las Negras, there is the Cala San Pedro, which is only accessible on foot or by boat. Its waters are crystal clear and very entertaining for snorkelling.

5 min by car from Las Negras you will find Rodalquilar and its beach called El Playazo. The town and the beach are separated by the coastal road. This is an old mining town that has an exhibition hall and some old gold mines.

The largest town on the coast of the Cabo de gata Natural Park is San José, 20 km from Las Negras. It has a marina and a wide range of restaurants, bars and cafes. Its main beach is sandy and has other small beaches along the coast.

At 3 km, we find the Genoveses beach which we can access by car or on foot. In summer, when the parking lot is full, it closes and access can only be done by bus (leaving from San José) or on foot.

Beyond this beach there are small coves that can only be accessed on foot or by boat. If you prefer to go by car, you can reach the beautiful Mónsul beach, with its fine sand dunes and the large rock called La Peineta. This beach has been the scene of many films such as Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, starring Sean Connery.

If you decide to visit the coast towards the east side of San José, you can visit Cala Higuera, which is attached to San José on the east side. It is a small cove that can be accessed by car from San José. Its transparent waters are perfect for snorkelling.

A few kilometers away, you will find La Isleta del Moro, a small fishing village with a wide beach. It is a typical village in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, with a lot of charm.

You will also be able to see the Escullos, where the San Felipe castle is, similar to the one in the Playazo de Rodalquilar. It was built in the second half of the 18th century and rehabilitated in 1991.

If you decide to make excursions to the Levante area, you will find some sites that are worth visiting, the cove of lead, Aguamarga, the beach of the dead (in Carboneras) ...

Another entertaining excursion may be visiting the town of Cabo de Gata, stopping at Las Salinas de Cabo de Gata where you can see the flamingos that live in the area. There are viewpoints to see them and take photos. Once here, you must go to the Cabo de Gata lighthouse and see the Mermaids reef from there.
