Townhouse with private pool

Large semi-detached house of two floors, located 200 meters away from Las Negras beach, in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, Almería. The ground floor consists of two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, a private pool and a magnificent garden. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, plus a large solarium to enjoy. On the upper floor there are 2 full bathrooms, one of them inside the main room (with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower) and another bathroom shared by the other 2 rooms and which has a bathtub. It has WIFI connection. It has centralized air conditioning throughout the house. It has furniture on the terrace by the pool. Pets Allowed.

This chalet has space to store bikes in the garden and to be able to wash them after going out in the area.

The location of this chalet allows you to visit very interesting areas in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park area and even take a longer excursion to visit Granada (La Alhambra, the Generalife, the San Nicolás viewpoint, etc.), the desert of Taverns, with their decorations of "Spaghetti Western" and even the Geode of Pulpí, which is a giant geode covered by selenite crystals.

Right next to Las Negras, you will be able to visit Cala San Pedro, which can only be reached on foot or by boat. This beautiful cove is bathed by crystal clear waters ideal for snorkelling. In addition, there are remains of a 16th century tower where before there was some type of military construction from the Muslim era. This tower was rebuilt and attacked numerous times due to the natural water spring that exists in the cove and because it is a good natural port.

A 4 km by car, you can visit El Playazo, in Rodalquilar, an emblematic beach of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park where the San Ramón castle is located, a battery of defense of the coastline that dates back to the 18th century. Although if you dare, there is a very nice walk from Las Negras that will take you to El playazo in about 30 minutes enjoying the beautiful coast.

Next to the road and on the other side of El Playazo beach, you will find Rodalquilar, a mining town where many films have been shot for its peculiar landscape and where there are still remains of the gold mines that were exploited in the 60s.

You should not miss the Mirador de la Amatista, the Isleta del Moro, Los Escullos, San José and such well-known and spectacular beaches as Los Genoveses, Mónsul ...

If you decide to visit the coast to the other side, you will find a town called Aguamarga, with a fine sandy beach, restaurants and a very pleasant atmosphere. Just past Aguamarga and before reaching Carboneras, a mandatory stop is the beach of the dead. It is a straight beach of more than 1 km with crystal clear waters and fine sand.

Between Las Negras and Aguamarga, there is the cove of lead. It is a very nice beach that you have to walk to. It is made of stones and has a bit of vegetation which makes it “El cortijo del fraile” is also known for filming "Bodas de Sangre" in 1981 and is a 10-minute drive from Las Negras.
